Recommended use per paella (for 4 people):

  • Saffron threads: 3-4 threads (equivalent to 0.05 g)
  • Turmeric: 2 g
  • Sweet paprika: 2 g
  • Himalayan pink salt: 5 g (adjust to taste)

Recipe for Quick Paella

  1. Sofrito:In a paella pan, sauté onion, pepper and tomato for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the rice:Add 400g of rice and mix well with the sofrito.
  3. Season:Add the spices from the pack according to the recommended quantities.
  4. Broth:Add 1 liter of hot broth (chicken, seafood or vegetable).
  5. Cooking:Cook over medium heat for 15-18 minutes without stirring.
  6. Repose:Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
