Procedure and Payment Methods for Products
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, FRISAFRAN will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will provide a reference code for the order and detail the Product’s characteristics, price, shipping costs, and the different payment options available for purchasing Products from FRISAFRAN.
Users purchasing a product through the Store must make payment using the payment methods specifically listed on the Store.
FRISAFRAN will archive the electronic documents formalizing the contract and send a copy to the User once the purchase is completed. The contract will be executed in the Spanish language.
The order confirmation sent by FRISAFRAN is not valid as an invoice, but serves as proof of purchase. Users can download the invoice from their account, request a company invoice, or ask to have it sent by email.
This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal or deemed by credit card brands or the acquiring bank as potentially damaging to their reputation or negatively influencing them. Activities prohibited under card brand programs include the sale or offering of a product or service that does not fully comply with all applicable laws for the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. FRISAFRAN reserves the right to cancel or reject any order from a User-Customer with whom it has a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
