General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy govern access to and use of the website “www.frisafran.com”, owned by FRISAFRAN SL.

FRISAFRAN SL (hereinafter “FRISAFRAN”) is a Spanish limited liability company with registered office at C/ Monasterio de Irache 4, ground floor, 31591 Corella (Navarra), Spain, registered with the Commercial Registry of Navarra under Volume 2009, Book 0, Folio 31, Sheet NA-40067, Entry 1, dated 10/02/2021, and holding Tax Identification Number B71421580.

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of all users of FRISAFRAN in relation to the products and services offered through the website “www.frisafran.com” (hereinafter, the “Store”).

User Obligations

The User undertakes to use the Store, its services, and to purchase Products in a diligent manner, in accordance with applicable law, morality, public order, and these General Terms and Conditions. The User agrees to refrain from any use that may disrupt, damage, or impair the normal functioning of the Store or infringe the rights or property of FRISAFRAN, its suppliers, other users, or third parties.

Products and Services

FRISAFRAN reserves the right to determine, at any time, the Products offered through the Store. FRISAFRAN may add new Products or discontinue existing ones without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, new Products shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions.

The Products displayed in the Store correspond as closely as possible to the actual Products offered, within the technical limitations of web display. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Orders placed through www.frisafran.com constitute contractual data between the User-Customer and FRISAFRAN and are subject to confirmation and acceptance by both parties prior to shipment.

By placing an order, the User declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these terms. Unless proven otherwise, the records maintained by the Store shall constitute proof of transactions carried out between FRISAFRAN and its customers.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All elements of the Store, including Products, content, information, trademarks, structure, design, and software, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by FRISAFRAN or third parties. These General Terms and Conditions do not grant the User any rights beyond those expressly stated herein.

Unless expressly authorised by FRISAFRAN or legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, modify, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or publicly communicate any content of the Store. The User undertakes to use Store content solely for personal use and not for any direct or indirect commercial exploitation.

The User must not circumvent or manipulate any technical protection mechanisms implemented by FRISAFRAN or third parties.

Data Protection

To guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of Users’ personal data, FRISAFRAN has adopted a Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable legislation. This policy is binding on all personnel with access to personal data.

FRISAFRAN reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, or regulatory changes. If personal data are to be processed for purposes other than those initially stated, Users will be informed and their consent will be requested where required.

Users are advised to review the Privacy Policy regularly. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Legal Notice, contractual terms, and Cookies Policy.

FRISAFRAN confirms that its Privacy Policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Passwords

Registered Users will be provided with personal access credentials. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and for any consequences arising from misuse or disclosure. FRISAFRAN must be notified immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
