Shipping and Returns

All products purchased on “www.frisafran.com” can be returned and refunded, provided the User informs us of their intention to return the product(s) and the conditions below are met.


Return Policy

FRISAFRAN does not handle pick-up of returns except in the case of products that are damaged, faulty, or damaged during shipping. In such cases, after verifying the damage with photo documentation, the return amount will be refunded.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Returns for reasons unrelated to defects or errors must be made within 15 calendar days from receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed once the product has been checked in our warehouse and confirmed to be in good condition.

  • The User is responsible for return shipping costs: €4.95 for standard national shipments.*

  • Shipping costs may vary if the original order had a different shipping fee. For example, if the shipping cost was €7.95, voluntary return costs will be €7.95.

  • Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the purchase amount minus return shipping costs, or, if preferred, issue a discount code for the next purchase instead of a monetary refund.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with Spanish Law 3/2014, Article 107.

2. Damaged Products

If the product is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately to arrange replacement or refund. No cost to the customer.

3. Incorrect Products

If the product received is not the one ordered, returns or exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days. Notify us as soon as possible to process the replacement. No cost to the customer.

4. Products with Incorrect or Incomplete Information

If the product does not match the information provided on the website, returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days. Notify us promptly. No cost to the customer.

5. Defective Products

For defective products, FRISAFRAN will handle repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation free of charge, either directly or through the supplier/distributor/manufacturer.

  • FRISAFRAN is responsible for non-conformities reported within 2 years of delivery.

  • The consumer must inform the seller of the non-conformity within 2 months of discovering it.

Refund Procedure

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal).

  • For cash-on-delivery or bank transfer payments, we will request account number and IBAN.

  • Refunds may be held until the returned goods are received or proof of return is presented.

  • Customers are only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and function.

Special Cases

  • If the customer refuses delivery, FRISAFRAN may deduct return shipping costs from the refund.
