Delivery Times

The sales through the Store are limited exclusively to the areas indicated on the website. Therefore, the delivery service will only be provided within this territory.

Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address provided by the User during the purchase process, once payment has been confirmed (except for cash on delivery). The maximum delivery time will be thirty (30) days, as established by law, unless a different timeframe is specified at the time of purchase.

Home Delivery Service

• Shipments are made to the address provided by the User. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted.

• For large or heavy orders, the carrier will deliver to the entrance or, if not possible, to the lowest floor. Any additional charge for “weight surcharge” does not imply that the order will be carried inside the home if it is bulky; this surcharge only applies for special transport pricing.

• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost and any other additional charges that may apply.
