Your pack shipment

The delivery of our products will be made at the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

It is recommended to indicate the addressee's phone number to facilitate delivery to the carrier in case the carrier has any problem.

All orders received by our online store before 12pm will be shipped the same day. The approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for the peninsula (Spain). For the other destinations, it will normally take between 5 and 10 days (this may vary depending on the selected transport)

Orders received on Fridays after 12pm will be shipped on the nearest Monday or business day.

Merchandise is not shipped to Post Office Box.

For international shipments, if you wish you can make your order in a personalized way by contacting us by email, being able to indicate the products that interest you and provide us with all the necessary information to make the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

www.frisafran.com works to achieve your maximum satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from receipt, clearly indicating the order number and the nature of the incident. Then we will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and indicate the steps to follow. We will not accept changes or returns that have not been previously notified.

Possible return cases:

- If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transportation:

You can return the product in its original packaging and FRISAFRAN, S.I. will take the responsibility for the extra transport costs that may arise by proceeding to resend the product completely free of charge to you. For this, it will be essential that you check the status of your order as soon as receive it and state your claim on the delivery note before signing. Inform us of the anomaly by email at frisafran@frisafran.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from the delivery (article 952.2 of the Commercial Code).

FRISAFRAN, S.I. will not assume any responsibility if the products have deteriorated due to the addressee not being reachable at the delivery address.

- If one or more products received do not correspond to your order:

We will send you the correct products or refund the corresponding amount by the same payment method used. FRISAFRAN, S.I. will take responsibility for all the extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.

- If your order has not started to be processed:

You only have to inform us of your cancellation and we will refund your total amount by the same payment method used by you.

Attention

Remember never to throw away the packaging of the products until you have verified that they are in perfect condition. Before opening any product, verify that they match your order. If an anomaly, do not remove the product from its original packaging and contact www.frisafran.com immediately.
